Since our concierge primary care services are included we're happy to help with your other medical needs as well when you need us!Weight loss therapy includes 6 months of monthly visits, injections, labs, dietary counseling, and unlimited primary care.Since the FDA has declared an end to the semaglutide shortage our contracted compounding pharmacy may not be able to fill orders after April 22nd, 2025 (which would limit the duration of therapy to July 22nd, 2025). There are ongoing lawsuits to prolong their ability to provide these medications, but an extension is not guaranteed. If you sign up for our program and we are not able to provide medication after July 2025 we will refund you the difference."

Medication will be at cost to the clinic ($20-$330 a month depending on drug and dose).

Sustainable behavior change takes time. And, it requires work and commitment on your part. Coaching is most effective over three to six months, and a variety of arrangements are available. Before making this commitment, I offer a 45-minute introductory session to see if we have chemistry with each other, and if you are ready for coaching. We explore your levels of awareness, readiness, capacity and willingness around the areas in which you want support. If it makes sense to move forward at this time, we talk about what that will look like. There's no commitment past this session, and I'm happy to point you to alternative resources as needed or desired. Total price includes one 45-minute session conducted via secure Zoom. The Parent Coaching/Education session is 1 hour of direct care aimed at supporting a loved one with mental or behavioral health challenges that can feel overwhelming. Parent education and coaching provides a dedicated space to ask questions, understand treatment options, process emotions, and learn effective strategies for support at home. Through guidance and compassionate conversation, families gain the tools to navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

Includes a nurse practicioner's time to complete a visit or procedure that includes evaluation and management of your care.
