Fair Market Health is for patients paying for healthcare out-of-pocket, or for patients whose employers have partnered with Fair Market Health. In the case of the former, this includes patients without insurance, patients with high insurance deductibles who don't plan on meeting their annual deductible, or patients looking for affordable healthcare services not covered by their insurance plan. Does Fair Market Health work with employers?
Yes! Wholly or partially self-insured employers can offer Fair Market Health as an employee health benefit. Doing
so empowers employees and has the potential to save the employer thousands of dollars.

Does Fair Market Health work with Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare?
No. Patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare will need to go through their government-funded health plan. Fair Market Health is not currently available to individuals enrolled in these benefits.

Do I have to purchase an office visit/consult before purchasing a surgery?
Yes. A consult/office visit with the surgeon is required for all major procedures and surgeries.
My doctor isn't on Fair Market Health. Can I still use them, or do I have to switch?
If you do not see your physician on Fair Market Health, please reach out to our support team at (316) 202-8558. We will contact the provider about offering their services through our platform.
Why isn't my service available on the site?
If you do not see a needed service on the site, contact our support team at (316) 202-8558 and we'll work hard to see if the procedure can be added.
Can I use my insurance for a procedure purchased through Fair Market Health?
If you're a patient whose employer has partnered with us, it will depend on the plan your organization offers you. If this is your case, please call our patient experience team at (316) 202-8558 and we'll explain the plan to you and what it means for the procedure in question. If you're a patient not associated with a partner employer then no, you cannot use insurance with Fair Market Health. Because we're connecting you directly with high-quality providers, you'll get competitive rates and all-inclusive pricing.
Where is Fair Market Health currently available?
Fair Market Health is currently available in Kansas and Michigan, with plans to expand nationwide.
