• Visits: Four 1 hour visits to be used in a 6mo period: First visit would need to be in person to obtain body scan and vitals. This will allow personalized nutrition goals
• Nutrition plan: Personalized nutrition plan that will include specific macronutrient (protein, fats, carbohydrates) targets base on your body’s needs
• Labs: Metabolic focused labs at the start and end of your program: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Lipid panel, A1c, and insulin
• Provider access: Full Access to the patient portal that allows private communication with the clinic and your provider
• Body Scan: You will get a body scan at each appointment to help track things such as weight, visceral adiposity, muscle mass and fat loss using and Evolt 360 scanner
• Weight Loss medication management: Available if indicated for additional cost.
