Sustainable behavior change takes time. And, it requires work and commitment on your part. Coaching is most effective over three to six months, and a variety of arrangements are available. Before making this commitment, I offer a 45-minute introductory session to see if we have chemistry with each other, and if you are ready for coaching. We explore your levels of awareness, readiness, capacity and willingness around the areas in which you want support. If it makes sense to move forward at this time, we talk about what that will look like. There's no commitment past this session, and I'm happy to point you to alternative resources as needed or desired. Total price includes one 45-minute session conducted via secure Zoom. Health coaching is an evidence-based way to help people create sustainable behavior changes that increase their wellbeing. Whether you're overcoming chronic illness or want to improvehealthy habits, such as sleep, stress management, movement or nutrition, health coaching can help you on these journeys.Sustainable behavior change takes time. And, it requires work and commitment on your part. Coaching is most effective over three to six months. This three-month package supports you through behavior change and mindset shifts that will allow you to reach your health goals. We will meet three times per month for one hour viasecure Zoom. You also may message me via email or Voxer voice messaging in between sessions. Additionally, this package comes with customized journaling and reflection prompts, sent weekly, to help you increase your self awareness and learning, and solidify the investmentyou're making. These sessions and messaging access are to be used within four months from the date of purchase.
