I believe there is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. I strive to come alongside and meet the needs of the individuals, couples, or families I see by providing a safe space where they can feel empowered to heal, develop, and grow the skills they need to overcome life’s many challenges. I obtained my bachelor’s in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Wichita State University and master’s degree in Family Therapy from Friends University.
