Diabetes in Pregnancy Program (with insulin therapy) in Kansas

Program #6, patient will be educated in a timely manner to achieve and maintain blood glucose within target using insulin therapy for the duration of pregnancy & will receive one postpartum visit to maintain euglycemia or near-euglycemia. Patients may then elect to follow either Program #3 or #4 on an ongoing basis, depending level of metabolic control.
