A CT scan without contrast combines a series of X-ray images taken from different angles around the body and uses computer processing to create cross-sectional images (slices) of the bones, blood vessels, and soft tissues inside your body. CT scan images provide more detailed information than traditional X-rays. If you need more than one area of the spine scanned, you will need to purchase one CT scan for each area.
If you are not a post-op patient at Kansas Spine & Specialty Hospital and you need a spine CT scan, please see CT Scan without contrast instead.
