A hydrocelectomy is a surgery to remove or repair a hydrocele, which is a fluid-filled sac surrounding a testicle. A hydrocele causes swelling in the scrotum (the pouch that holds the testes). The doctor will make an incision in the sac, drain the fluid out, and remove the inner lining of the sac to prevent it from reforming.
Physician order required.
Please do not order until "Urologist Office Visit" with chosen doctor has been completed.
